1. Add 250/300ml of water or milk of your choice to the shaker bottle!
2. Add 34g of powder, which is the equivalent of 4 tablespoons or 2.5/3 scoops if you have one!

We have recently removed our scoops from our jars to improve our sustainability efforts across the company! 🌏
Why does my jar look empty?
Each of our flavours are packed in the same size jar and contain 1KG of protein powder.
For Strawberry & Banana, Belgium Chocolate and Chai Latte, each flavour has a different volume weight density depending on the ingredients used and therefore some powders appear higher/lower within the jar.
This jar is perfectly normal and has not been damaged, if you are to weigh the jar, it will weigh 1KG!
Where's my shaker?
Our shakers are sold separately and the free shaker is not a continuous promotion, if you'd like one, you will need to add one to your basket otherwise, they won’t be included in your order! 🌸
